Red Bend Catholic College in Forbes offers your child quality education with a distinctive Marist Mercy character and a proud history since 1926. Set in the peaceful surrounds of the Lachlan River, Red Bend has excellent facilities and a diverse curriculum.

As a Catholic school, the College aims to foster the full and positive development of all students within a Christian environment. Students are encouraged to acquire self-discipline and self-direction so that they can not only survive in and contribute to the wider society, but also develop those skills which are necessary for sound and sensible judgement.

To help students reach these goals the Red Bend Catholic College offers the following facilities and services:

Education - Students are prepared for the School Certificate and the Higher School Certificate. A wide range of subjects are provided to cater for Academic/Vocational interests.

Boarding- The Red Bend Catholic College provide facilities and beautiful grounds in a rural setting. Some of the Features and Advantages of Boarding are:

• Excellent recreational facilities - Pool, Ovals, Courts, Gynasium, Weights Room

Student Leadership - The Red Bend Catholic College sees the development of leadership as an important part of the overall education program. Some of the ways students exercise leadership are:

• The positions of College Captains and Vice Captains.
• Boarding Captains
• Student Representative Council

College Community - The uniqueness of each student is the basis of the care offered. Networks are in place to ensure the support of all students and build their self-esteem

• Small Home Groups, looked after bya Pastoral Care Teacher
• A Coordinator who monitors and attends to student management and pastoral needs of each Year Level
• Subject Coordinators oversee the Curriculum requirements
