More About SmartForms

‘SmartForms’ are electronic forms based on the popular, easy-to-use Adobe PDF platform.

Local SmartForms is a Local Government initiative funded by the Australian Government’s AusIndustry RRIF program with the aim of helping Local Councils to make easier, faster information and customer applications available online. 

FormCentral bring SmartForms to life by providing a full-service online facility for submitting forms, attaching documents (when needed), and auto-filling some information as well as making immediate, secure payment.

Simply, this means that you can make applications and payment for Council services instantly online and without needing to visit your local Council offices.

You choose… 1, 2 or 3 easy steps

For easier, faster and more accurate applications and other submissions you can simply select the form you want to complete and in 3 easy steps make an online application:

1. Fill out the online form.  (The SmartForm helps you).
2. Upload any supporting documents.  (Easy as an email attachment).
3. Make payments (if required) using a secure online payment facility.  (Instant reply).

Once completed, you will be emailed a copy of your completed form with payment receipt.  All your information is secure and private.

Regular user?

Why not create a customised FormCentral profile and you can save further time.  Your secure profile information can make forms easier to fill out by automatically filling some fields in the form. You may even choose to create multiple profiles particularly if you manage different businesses or clients.  A profile also enables you to track your submissions and retrieve forms completed previously.
