This is your invitation to be part of the fashions, fun and festivities that make the June Long Weekend in Parkes the social highlight of the year.
The feature event of the June Long Weekend is the Parkes Coradgery and Diggers Picnic Races which is held on Saturday 6 June at the Parkes Racecourse. This race meeting is steeped in tradition and features the Coradgery Cup and popluar event, 'Fashions on the Field' with $10,000 in cash and prizes up for grabs. This is a great day out for the whole family with live entertainment, food and catered marquees available.
Other popluar events taking place over the June Long Weekend in Parkes include:
