Stalls and Temporary Trading Approvals

Got a good idea for your business or event? Talk to Council.

Parkes Shire Council aims to create and maintain a vibrant, friendly and viable town centre, by ensuring temporary trading and structures compliment and enhance its streetscape and commercial use.

Anyone who wishes to operate a market stall or temporary structure (such as marquees, staging etc) within the Parkes Shire must seek approval from Council.

To apply for approval, download and complete a Temporary Trading application and return to Council.
