Parkes & Forbes Community Drug Action Team (CDAT)
Working together to prevent and minimise the harm caused by alcohol and other drugs
The Parkes/Forbes Community Drug Action Team (CDAT) is made up of passionate and dedicated representatives from Parkes Shire Council, Forbes Shire Council, NSW Police, Western NSW Local Health District, support agencies, and schools.
Operating across the Forbes and Parkes Shire LGAs, representatives work together to reduce alcohol and other drug harms in the local community.
The Alcohol and Drug Foundation supports the CDATs through the Community Engagement and Action Program (CEAP) funded by NSW Health.
Parkes Shire Council is the current Auspice for the Parkes/Forbes Community Drug Action Team (CDAT).
