Orange Community Cabinet - Friday 17 May 2024

No longer on display. Expired on 18 May 2024, 12:00 AM

Do you live in the Orange/Central West region? You’re invited to a Community Forum with the NSW Premier and Cabinet Ministers on Friday 17 May in Orange. Come along and have a say about the priorities for your community.

What is community cabinet?

Community Cabinet presents community members with an opportunity to engage with the NSW Premier and Cabinet Ministers about local priorities and issues that concern them most.

This will be an important occasion with every minister from the NSW Government travelling to Orange, making the thriving city in the state’s Central Tablelands region the epicentre of government for the day. It provides the state’s decision-makers with important local insights so the NSW Government, in partnership with the community, can find better ways to deliver key services that best meet the needs of the community.

Who will speak at the event?

A Community Forum will take place at Orange Ex Services’ Club, (231-243 Anson Street) at lunchtime [from 11:45am–12:45pm] where NSW Premier Chris Minns will address the local community followed by a Q&A with Premier and Ministers who will take questions from the floor.

Who should attend?

Local residents, business owners, organisations and stakeholders from within the Orange/Central West community are encouraged to attend and provide insights into life in their community.

How do I register?

This visit is being hosted for the community of the Orange/Central West region and local matters of importance will be addressed. Pre-registration is requested as places are limited. Additional attendees may be accommodated on the day should capacity at the venue allow. Registrations are open at nsw.gov.au/communitycabinetor by phoning 02 9228 5188. Registration is free.
