Feeling sad, worried, frustrated or anxious during times of uncertainty or stress is completely normal. If these feelings become overwhelming or begin to affect your everyday life, reaching out for support can make a big difference.

While Parkes Shire Council is not a direct provider of mental health services, we are committed to promoting the wellbeing of our community. The following free and confidential support services are available to help you or someone you know:

Support Services (All Ages)

    Support for anxiety, depression, and mental wellbeing.

    Guidance on the best mental health support options available, including local services.

    Wellbeing coaching for anyone impacted by financial stress, anxiety or the aftermath of COVID-19.

Children and Young People
