Parkes Elvis Festival

Each January, Parkes comes alive as we celebrate the life and music of Elvis Presley at the iconic Parkes Elvis Festival. Known as one of Australia’s largest and most unique regional events, the Festival attracts visitors from across the country and around the world for five unforgettable days of music, entertainment and community spirit.

More than 25,000 Elvis fans travel to Parkes each year, making it the largest celebration of The King in the Southern Hemisphere. Officially endorsed by Elvis Presley Enterprises in Memphis, the Festival features an extensive program of live entertainment, including the Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest, Feature Concert Series, Street Parade, Renewal of Vows Ceremony and the Miss Priscilla Competition, alongside a wide range of free concerts, competitions and family-friendly events.
