Energy From Waste Facility Regional Growth NSW Development Corporation (RGDC) has entered into a project development agreement with Parkes Energy Recovery Pty Ltd (Proponent) to establish an energy-from-waste (EFW) facility within the Parkes Special Activation Precinct (Precinct), which is located west of Parkes. Announcement : The Parkes Energy Recovery Facility has been declared a NSW State Significant Development and will be assessed by the Independent Planning Commission.
