Parkes Shire Council hereby gives notice of its intention to provide financial assistance to the owner of 78 Caswell Street, Peak Hill to erect cladding to cover the window and door to improve safety and amenity. This assistance is provided under Section 356 of the Local Government Act.
Interested parties are invited to submit their comments or objections regarding this proposal. Submissions must be made in writing and addressed to the General Manager, Parkes Shire Council, (or by email to council@parkes.nsw.gov.au) within 28 days of this notice.
