Council (the Principal) is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced ASP level 1 Electrical contractors, able to complete the full Electrical works package for the proposed new stage 1 residential subdivision located between Rose Street, Ainsworth Street and Coleman Road, Parkes, NSW.
Stage 1 of the new development includes 9 residential lots. This tender is for the civil works package for stage 1 only as detailed in the plans, specifications, scope of works, contract and other tender documents.
All required plant, equipment, labour, materials, excavation, backfill, transport and consumables required for the supply, construction and installation will be supplied by the successful Tenderer as part of the Contract.
