Water Connections

If you buy or move into an existing property, your water supply for both drinking water and recycled water (if applicable) will already be connected.

If you wish to relocate or alter an existing meter, or individually meter multiple tenancies that are currently serviced by a single meter, you will need to apply using the below Section 305 - Application for Water and/or Sewer. 

Owners and/or builders can apply for a water service pipe/water meter installation connected to Council's water main, subject to the provisions of the Local Government Act and the requirements of Council. To apply, download the Section 305 - Application for Water and/or Sewer below.

Disconnection of Sewerage Services

To apply to have your water service disconnected from Council's water system, please download and complete the Application for Disconnection of Water and Sewer and lodge it at Council along with the application fee.

Problems With Water

If you are experiencing water problems, we recommend contacting Council first. Council will be able to identify if the problem is with our water infrastructure or is related to your property. This may save you the expense of calling out a service person.
