The Cooke Park Pavilion is a multi-purpose function centre. It can be used for a variety of functions and events, subject to capacity requirements and suitability.

The facility incorporates a flexible design to enable stage performances (e.g. theatre, music concerts, dance performances etc.) as well as a range of other local and regional events such as business events and conferences, celebrations, weddings, meetings for clubs and community groups as well as dinner and lunch functions.

The Cooke Park Pavilion is conveniently located close to the Parkes CBD, accommodation venues, restaurants, cafes, and the shopping precinct.

Full Day Hire

Full Day Meeting/Seminar – Flexi Room 12 seats 7 am to 11 pm 

$300.00 plus $130.00 Bond

Full Day Commercial Use – exclusive use of entire facility 7 am to 11 pm

$600.00 plus $260.00 bond

Full Day Community – open to all community 7 am to 11 pm

$220.00 plus $160.00 bond

Full Day Wedding – exclusive use of entire facility 7 am to 11 pm

$1,100.00 plus $550.00 bond

Full Day Private Function – at council’s discretion – exclusive use of entire facility 7 am to 11 pm

$1,100.00 plus $550.00 bond

Part Day Hire

Part Day Commercial Use – exclusive use of entire facility minimum 3 hours 

$60.00 per hour plus $160.00 bond

Part Day Community – Open to all community minimum 3 hours

$30.00 per hour

Part Day Wedding – exclusive use of entire facility minimum 3 hours

$60.00 per hour plus $160.00 bond

Part Day Private Function – at council’s discretion exclusive use of entire facility minimum 3 hours
