Tenderers must provide pricing for both the construction of the basin and the management of spoil material under the following two options:
- Transport and stockpile the spoil at the former hospital site on Rose Street, Parkes.
- Place the spoil as a pad at a specified location on the north-eastern side of North Parkes Oval.
