Village Waste and Recycling Depots
Parkes Shire Council manages the waste and recycling depots for rural residents in the villages of Alectown, Bogan Gate, Gunningbland, Trundle and Tullamore.
All Rural waste depots are only able to accept household waste. Any building, commercial or industrial waste must be disposed of at Parkes Waste and Recycling Centre.

Alectown Town Waste Depot
Open daily to approved local residents via a security key
Access from Cross Street, eastern outskirts of town

Bogan Gate Waste Depot
Open daily to approved local residents via a security key
Access from Condobolin Road, approximately 1.5 km west of town
