Cr Weber is a long-standing resident of the Parkes community, having completed his schooling through Parkes High School before attaining further education in Civil Engineering through the University of Technology Sydney, as well as studies abroad at Hongkong University and within mainland China, and postgraduate studies in Infrastructure Asset Management through the University of Tasmania.

Since 2013, Cr Weber has been working for Transport for NSW in Parkes in the field of bridge engineering asset management, whilst being an active part of the Parkes community; having served as Secretary of the Parkes Pistol Club, volunteer firefighter of the RFS East Parkes Brigade, and member of Parkes Baptist Church.

Cr Weber is hoping to apply his engineering skills and experience to improve the services council provides, focusing on ways Council’s infrastructure assets, including roads, bridges and water infrastructure, could be managed to improve outcomes for the Parkes community.
