Draft Parkes Shire Council Section 94A (7.12) Contribution Plan

Notice is hereby given that the Draft Parkes Shire Council Section 94A (7.12) Contribution Plan - SAP Inclusion(PDF, 790KB) will be on public exhibition between 20 October 2023 and 7 December 2023.

The plan is on exhibition and available for inspection during the exhibition period at Parkes Shire Council Administration Building, 2 Cecile Street, Parkes - Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm or on the Parkes Shire Council’s Website www.parkes.nsw.gov.au  

Any person may make a submission relating to the Draft Parkes Shire Council Section 94A (7.12) Contribution Plan - SAP Inclusion during the exhibition period. All submissions must be in writing and addressed to council@parkes.nsw.gov.au; alternatively mailed to:  The General Manager, Parkes Shire Council, PO Box 337, PARKES NSW  2870.  

Submissions Close: 5.00pm, 7 December 2023.
