In pursuance of the provisions of the Roads Act 1993, notice is hereby given that Parkes Shire Council proposes to close the council public roads listed in Schedule 1.
Schedule 1:
Baker Street, Parkes adjacent to Lots Lot 950/7 DP0152, Lot 1033 DP750152, Lot 951 DP1167676, Lot 2 DP876918, Lot 998 DP750152, Lot 1012 DP750152, Lot 1013 DP750152 and Lot 1014 DP750152.
All interested persons are hereby invited to make submissions concerning the proposal by 26 October 2023. Please note that under the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, such submissions may be referred to third parties for consideration.
Once the submission period is completed, Parkes Shire Council will consider all duly made submissions before deciding whether to continue with the road closure proposal.
