Parkes Early Childhood Centre Inc (PECC) offers Preschool, Long Day Care and Occasional Care. Qualified Early Childhood teachers and a registered nurse provide educational programs and care for children 0-5 years
PECC has gained maximum accreditation rating for three years. A non-profit organisation PECC is funded by the Departments of Community Services, Health & Family Services, and Education & Training.
Community Kids Early Education Centre in Parkes provides a fun and engaging early learning experience with age-approriate resources and environments for every child. The centre operates a courtesy bus service and all meals and nappies are provided. Please contact the centre for more information.

At Victoria Street Children Centre we provide all meals which are prepared on site by our expert cook. The educators are passionate about early child hood education and providing high quality care. The educators are highly qualified with the majority continuing to update their skills.

KidzCare is a government-subsidised after-school and vacation care program for children from kindergarten to year 6, inclusive. Operating hours are 3pm to 6pm during school term and 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday in school holiday periods.
During this time, children are involved in a number of organised games and activities, including physical and creative aspects. Time is provided for them to choose their own activities or catch up with old and new friends.
Children are constantly supervised by PCYC staff, all of whom have had Working with Children Checks completed.
