Council (the Principal) is seeking submissions from qualified civil contractors to deliver subdivision works for Stage 1 of a new residential development (9 lots) between Rose Street, Ainsworth Street and Coleman Road, Parkes. Works include civil, sewer, stormwater, water, electrical and NBN as per plans, specs, scope and contract. This tender is for the subdivision works package for stage 1 only.
