Project Overview

Stage 1 - Current works (Lots 12 - 15 and 26 - 30)

Stage 1 focuses on delivering 9 lots with the existing infrastructure along the frontages of Rose Street and Ainsworth Street. Key works include:

  • Obtaining a Development Application (DA) Modification for Stage 1.
  • Completing detailed design and obtaining a Subdivision Works Certificate.
  • Constructing the On-Site Detention (OSD) system for the full subdivision, if funding allows.
  • Upgrading sewer and potable water services to all Stage 1 lots.
  • Installing other utilities, including power, lighting, NBN, and inter-allotment drainage.
  • Constructing retaining walls and swales to direct stormwater flows to the OSD for future stages.
  • Building footpaths and landscaping in accordance with the approved Urban Design Plan.

Stage 2 – Future Works (Lots 1-11 and 16-21)

Stage 2 will include the development of the remaining lots and supporting infrastructure:

  • Construction of new roads and associated infrastructure.
  • Installation of utilities, including power, lighting, sewer, water, NBN, and inter-allotment drainage.
  • Completion of retaining walls for Stage 2.
  • Earthworks for remaining lots.
  • Construction of footpaths and landscaping.
