Proposed Road Changes - Lagoon Street, Bogan Gate Submissions closing on 05 May 2026, 05:00 PM Parkes Shire Council advises that the section of road currently signposted as Lagoon Street, Bogan Gate, is situated on private land and does not form part of the legally recognised Lagoon Street Road corridor. Council is proposing to permanently close and remove the existing sealed Lagoon Street in its entirety.
