Lives Lived Well- Roadmaps

Roadmaps is a free drug and alcohol program that runs for one day a week for six weeks, with a follow up. We provide rehabilitation support which includes individual and group counselling, information and referrals to other support services. The program includes education sessions focusing on relapse prevention and harm minimisation.

Clients entering the program will receive a comprehensive assessment, including a mental health assessment.
