People of all ages are welcome to play hockey in Parkes. We have two artificial turfs for players to enjoy. Weekly competitions run through the winter season, for preschoolers through to adults. Junior players play on Saturday mornings, high school competition on Wednesday evenings, A grade men and women on Thursday evenings and B grade men and women on Saturday afternoons. Players may also wish to join the men's and women's Premier League squads, playing in the Central West Premier League competition which includes teams from Lithgow, Bathurst, Orange, Parkes and Dubbo. Opportunities are also available for representative hockey, for juniors through to masters players, to participate in both indoor and outdoor hockey events around NSW.
