Cr Wilson is a lifelong resident of Parkes, having worked since the age of nine where he operated the hard rock crushing plant at the Goonumbla Quarry for many years.
When he was 27, his family started a ready-mixed concrete supply business, now known as Betamix Concrete Parkes.
He has been a member of the Parkes Pistol Club for almost four decades.
Cr Wilson is passionate about his local community and believes in a fair go for everyone.
