Andrew Francis To Lead Council As Acting General Manager

Director Infrastructure and Sustainability Andrew Francis will take on the role of Acting General Manager from Friday, 30 October 2026, following the retirement of General Manager Kent Boyd PSM. The appointment will provide leadership and continuity while Council undertakes the recruitment process for a permanent General Manager.
